The heavy equipment division of CDK Global, e-Emphasys Technologies Inc., a global enterprise software provider for the sector, today announced a merger with CDK Global Heavy Equipment. With this acquisition, two best-in-class businesses join forces to advance the market with cutting-edge, sector-specific software suites that cater to the whole business optimisation requirements of equipment dealers and rental businesses.

 

Under Jeffrey Hart's direction, the united company will be known as e-Emphasys Technologies and have its headquarters in Cary, North Carolina. Hart joined the business in October 2022 as president and was most recently named CEO. The merger, which has nearly 700 employees worldwide, combines talent, technologies, and partnerships to deliver digital transformation capabilities to the heavy equipment and industrial machinery sectors, which are looking for contemporary solutions to boost productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The e-Emphasys and IntelliDealer software packages are used on 4,200 rooftops, and both products will still be offered and supported to help customers reach their business objectives.
